Preparatory Works: A Creative Art Conversation & Exhibition at WellSpring Centre
Preparatory Works come in many forms. Some preparatory works are made in preparation for more ‘finished’ or ‘resolved’ works to come; some are about exploration; others more about problem solving; others again, turn into complete works of art in themselves. Perhaps all art work is preparatory at its roots as each piece an artist makes precedes the next and, in one way or another, each art work acts as a stepping stone to the next one and beyond.
Life, we are told, is not a dress rehearsal but, each day does inform the next.
